Applying Tail Sprigs Tie tail in scotch knot as usual. Open round elastic band and place around entire tail, high as possible, above scotch knot. Place fork of sprig straddling scotch knot. Pull elastic strings snugly under scotch knot and tie in a bow so they can be removed later. Place tail bow over scotch knot covering the sprig attachment. Shape sprigs so they are upright, you may need to bend them. Handy Tip - Carry a few small plastic wire ties to adjust the length of the fork in the sprig to the height of the scotch knot. |
